Bill Flounders - Profile
Bill Flounders is the Principal and founder of Spring Valley Advisors. Recognized as a collaborative leader well versed in leading by example and respected for the ability to bring people together to achieve organizational objectives. He has over 25 years experience managing and leading back-office functions for national companies in the communication, construction management and engineering industries. His diverse experience includes financial statement preparation and analysis, budget and forecast modeling, cash management, contracts and risk management, company policy development and implementation, management of back-office functions such as HR, IT, Facilities and managing the company’s relationships with banks, external accountants and attorneys, taxing authorities, and insurance brokers.
Over the course of his career, Bill has been involved with multiple acquisitions & mergers having progressive responsibility in leading the related due diligence, integration and reorganizations. He has also been instrumental in the successful implementation of new accounting/business systems utilized by the companies he has been employed by.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from The Pennsylvania State University. He lives near Philadelphia with his wife and three children.
